If you want your pillow to be firm and full, buy an insert one size larger (about 2”) than your cover. ✔ MACHINE WASHABLE – These pillow inserts are machine washable and dryer-safe for your convenience. Wash in lukewarm water (mild detergent or soap, DO NOT USE BLEACH). You can air dry or put in the dryer on low heat. Make sure that these dry completely before re-use. You can put some tennis balls in the dryer to keep the pillows fluffy while drying. You can put the tennis balls inside a dryer bag or socks to lessen the impacts on the inserts during the drying.
